Planned and carefully controlled production and the strong competence of our personnel enable the safe and high-quality production of our products. Our food safety and quality control systems are verified by a third party.

The safety and wellbeing of people are a top priority for us. At Valio, employees are actively involved in developing a safe working environment. In addition to work safety, we also invest heavily in promoting work wellbeing.
Resource-efficient production
We continuously develop our operations to reduce our environmental impacts and to improve the resource efficiency of our production.
Packaging
Our goal is to develop environmentally smart packaging that prevents food waste. For example all of Valio’s gabled milk, sour milk, cream and yoghurt cartons are made from 100% renewable materials.
