Valio Eila Sweet lactose free whole milk powder
Valio Eila® SWEET lactose free whole milk powder (WMP) is an excellent ingredient in ice cream, milk chocolate and in various sweet, milk-based desserts to provide delicious, enhanced taste alongside lactose free properties. It is produced by spray drying pasteurised cow’s milk of Finnish origin, from which lactose is enzymatically hydrolysed to glucose and galactose. Valio’s lactose free expertise delivers a lactose free milk powder with high and stable quality and with a lactose level of less than 0.1%.
