Valio Eila® PRO lactose free skimmed milk powder (SMP) instant is manufactured from fresh Finnish milk using Valio’s patented technology for an unchanged milk mineral composition and natural taste of milk. Valio Eila® PRO lactose free SMP instant is especially recommended for applications that require quick dissolving properties, for example drink powders. The powder is lecithinated for quick dissolving and enriched with vitamin D. It is suitable for manufacturing a large variety of lactose free food, from milk chocolate, ice cream and bakery products to ready meals, soups and sauces, and even pet food.
