Developing high-protein dairy products is challenging because protein tends to leave an undesirable off-taste and grainy texture. And high-protein puddings are no exception.
We created this sample using a combination of Valio Eila® NUTRI F+ lactose free milk powder and Valio Eila® PRO whole milk powder to prove there is a better way. NUTRI F+ provides high-quality milk protein, vitamins, minerals, and phospholipids, while PRO reduces lactose but not the taste. The result is a nutritious and delicious protein pudding.
