The consumer test in Germany with a group of 110 people was conducted with Plathin’s high-protein ready-to-drink (RTD) prototype, which was the clear winner of the taste test. “Its full-bodied mouthfeel, appearance, and flavour were praised, among its high-protein content. It’s a clean-label product with no need to mask flavours”, Plathin continues.
