Infant formula means food intended for use by infants during the first months of life and satisfying by itself the nutritional requirements of such infants until the introduction of appropriate complementary feeding.

A premium whey-predominant milk fat- and vegetable oil-based base powder. It is palm oil free, enriched with vitamins and minerals, and has a clean milky taste without off-flavours.
The product is designed for manufacturing infant formula using the dry blending process. Combining base powder and dry blending ingredients creates an optimal composition to which one can add beneficial ingredients like prebiotics, probiotics, fat components and other nutrients for customer-specific differentiation.

Follow-on formula means food intended for use by infants when appropriate complementary feeding is introduced and which constitutes the principal liquid element in a progressively diversified diet of such infants.

Growning-up formula
Milk-based drinks and similar products intended for young children above 12 months of age are not included to baby foods or milk formulas under specific regulations; and they are considered as conventional food. Products for infants meaning persons below 12 months of age are covered by EU regulation 2016/127 on infant and follow-on formulas.
